What does ROAS Pro do?

ROAS Pro calculates your break-even ROAS — the minimum return on ad spend needed just to cover your product and fulfilment costs, before ad spend even starts contributing to profit — based on your average order value, cost of goods, and shipping/processing fees. Anything below that number is a net loss, no matter how good the ROAS looks on the surface.

It then goes further and models actual monthly profit: enter your real ad spend and actual ROAS, and it works out total revenue, gross margin, and net profit after ad spend and all variable costs are accounted for. The visual profit bar gives you a quick read on how much breathing room you have above break-even.

This is aimed at e-commerce and DTC brands running Google or Meta ads, where "ROAS" alone can be a misleading headline number — a 4x ROAS can still be unprofitable if margins are thin, and this tool makes that visible immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Is ROAS Pro free to use?

Yes, completely free with no account or usage limit.

What is break-even ROAS?

It's the ROAS at which ad spend exactly covers your product and fulfilment costs, with zero profit — calculated as 1 divided by your gross margin percentage. Any ROAS above this number is genuinely profitable; anything below it is a net loss even if it looks fine on the surface.

Does this account for taxes or other overhead?

No — it models product cost, shipping/processing fees, and ad spend only. Taxes, platform fees, staff time, and other overhead aren't included, so treat the output as a contribution-margin view rather than a full P&L.

Is my financial data uploaded anywhere?

No. Every calculation runs locally in your browser using plain JavaScript — nothing is sent to a server.

What currencies are supported?

USD, GBP, and EUR are built in via the currency selector — all figures update to reflect your chosen symbol.
