"Most Dominant" returns the literal most frequent colours; "Vibrant" prioritises highly saturated colours even if they're rare in the image; "Muted" filters down to soft, desaturated tones; and "High Contrast" deliberately picks the lightest and darkest colours present, useful for building an accessible light/dark pairing.
The Scan Area slider lets you sample a vertical slice of the image rather than the whole thing — useful for pulling a palette from just the sky in a landscape photo, or just a product in a wider shot. Click any extracted swatch to copy its hex code straight to your clipboard.

Muted filters to soft, low-saturation tones. High Contrast picks the lightest and darkest colours present, useful for accessible colour pairings.
